Ludo SudoX

Privacy Policy

Your game data stays on your device. Ads are served by Google AdMob; app-usage statistics by Google Analytics for Firebase.

Last updated: 10 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Ludo SudoX ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information. The App is published by Kesar Apps.

By installing or using Ludo SudoX, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

In short: Ludo SudoX has no accounts and no servers of our own, and everything the game itself saves stays on your device. The two exceptions are advertising and usage statistics: the App shows ads through Google AdMob (banner ads, optional rewarded videos, and occasional full-screen ads between matches) and uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used. Both are Google services that collect limited data (such as your advertising ID) — see Section 5.

1.Information We Collect

We do not run any servers of our own and do not collect personal data about you directly. Ludo SudoX has no backend, no accounts, and no sign-in. The only data that leaves your device is collected by two Google services — Google AdMob (which shows ads) and Google Analytics for Firebase (which measures app usage) — described in Section 5.

The App's own code does not access, collect, or transmit:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or contacts
  • Your precise location
  • Your photos, camera, or microphone

The Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics SDKs do, however, collect certain identifiers, ad-interaction data, and app-usage data — including your advertising ID — as described in Section 5.

2.Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To make the game work, Ludo SudoX saves certain information only on your device, using your device's local app storage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. It includes:

  • Game progress and saved matches
  • In-game coin balance, daily-login streak, and power-up usage counts
  • Your settings (sound, music, haptics, notification, and language preferences)
  • Play statistics (e.g. play time, win record) shown on the in-app Stats screen
  • Onboarding completion status

This information is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App (see Section 6).

3.Device Permissions

Ludo SudoX requests a small number of Android permissions, used only for the features described below:

  • Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — to show local reminders you can enable or disable, such as your daily-reward streak nudge. All reminders are scheduled and shown by your own device. No notification is sent from any server.
  • Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) — to re-schedule those local reminders after your device restarts, so an enabled reminder is not lost on reboot.
  • Vibration (VIBRATE) — to provide haptic feedback during gameplay.

You can disable notifications at any time from the App's Settings or your device settings.

4.Bug Reports (Optional, You Initiate)

Ludo SudoX includes an optional "report a bug" feature. It only does anything if you choose to use it. If you tap to send a bug report, the App prepares a diagnostic package and opens your device's standard share menu, where you decide whether and where to send it (for example, by emailing it to us for support). The App itself does not send your bug report anywhere automatically.

If you choose to send a bug report, the package you share may include:

  • A screenshot of the current screen
  • Your device model and operating-system version, and the App version
  • The current game state and your App settings
  • A short history of your recent in-app actions and recent error messages, to help us diagnose the issue

This information is used only to investigate the problem you report. It is shared only if and where you choose to send it, and it does not include any advertising identifier or persistent device identifier. If you do not use the bug-report feature, none of this leaves your device.

5.Advertising & App-Usage Analytics (Google)

Ludo SudoX displays ads through Google AdMob: banner ads on the home, game, result, and continue screens, rewarded video ads you can choose to watch (to earn in-game coins, an extra power-up use, or a head start), and an occasional full-screen interstitial ad shown between matches — when a game begins, or when you leave the result screen at the end of one. Rewarded ads are never forced — the game is fully playable without watching any.

To serve and measure these ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares certain data with Google and its advertising partners, including your device's advertising ID, App Set ID, IP address, diagnostic information, and ad-interaction data. This is used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services".

Your controls. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads. Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent prompt (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are served.

App-usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase). Ludo SudoX uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used so we can improve it — for example how often the App is opened, which screens are visited, and when a match is started or won. To provide these statistics, the Firebase SDK collects and sends to Google certain data, including your device's advertising ID, an app-instance identifier, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and app-interaction data (screens viewed, session length, and gameplay events). These events never contain your name or anything you type — the App has no accounts and holds no personal details to send. Google handles this data under the same policies linked above, and the advertising-ID controls described under "Your controls" apply to it as well.

Aside from Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase, Ludo SudoX includes no other third-party analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking services, and we do not sell your data.

6.Data Retention and Deletion

Because all App data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of it. To delete it, you can:

  • Clear the App's storage in your device settings (Settings → Apps → Ludo SudoX → Storage → Clear data), or
  • Uninstall the App.

Either action permanently removes all locally stored game and settings data. We retain nothing, because we never receive anything.

7.Children's Privacy

Ludo SudoX is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App shows ads through Google AdMob, it is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 12.

8.Security

Because the game stores its data only on your device and sends us none of it, your game data is protected by your device's own security (such as your screen lock and operating-system protections). We do not hold any of your data on servers that could be breached. (Advertising and analytics data is handled by Google, as described in Section 5.)

9.Your Privacy Rights

Privacy laws such as the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you rights over personal data held about you. We ourselves hold no personal data about you — the game stores everything on your device, which you can clear at any time (see Section 6). Data collected by Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase is controlled by Google; you can exercise your choices over it through your device's ad settings (Section 5) and Google's own privacy controls. If you have questions, contact us using the details below.

10.International Users

The game processes its own data only on your device, wherever you are located. We ourselves receive no data, so we transfer none across borders. Data collected by Google's SDKs (see Section 5) may be processed by Google on servers in other countries, in line with Google's Privacy Policy.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and publish the new policy at this same address. Material changes will be reflected before the relevant feature is released. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
