These Terms govern your use of the mobile application Ludo SudoX ("the App"), published by Kesar Apps ("we", "us", "our").
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1.What Ludo SudoX Is
Ludo SudoX is a free board game you play on one device — with friends passing the phone, against the computer, or watching the computer play itself. The game itself needs no account and no internet connection. The App is supported by advertising.
2.It Is Not Gambling, and There Is No Real Money
- In-game coins have no monetary value. They cannot be bought with real money, exchanged for real money, cashed out, transferred, or withdrawn.
- There are no entry fees, no stakes, no wagers, no prize pools, and no cash prizes.
- We do not offer any form of real-money gaming.
Ludo SudoX is a free game as contemplated by India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, and is not an online money game.
3.Who May Use It
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. You may use it if you are old enough to do so under the law where you live. If you are a minor, please use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
When you first open the App, it asks for your month and year of birth. You may decline. If you answer, please answer honestly — it decides what advertising you are shown and whether usage statistics are collected, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
4.Fair Use
You must not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App, interfere with its advertising, or use it for anything unlawful. If you find a defect, please report it using the bug-report button in the App.
5.Virtual Items (Coins, Power-ups, Themes)
Coins, power-ups, themes, token skins and other unlocks are a licence to use a feature inside the App. You do not own them, they have no value outside the game, and they are stored only on your device. If you clear the App's data or uninstall it, they are gone, and we cannot restore them.
6.Advertising
The App shows ads, including optional rewarded videos you may choose to watch in return for in-game rewards. Rewarded ads are never forced — the game is fully playable without watching any. Ads are served by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's terms and privacy policy; see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
7.Availability
We provide the App as it is, and we do not promise that it will be free of defects. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
8.Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including lost coins or lost progress. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
9.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the App changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and publish the new version at this address. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated Terms.
10.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction — without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
